As an Assistant within the field of Customer Service you are the first contact person for the customer and a very important interface between various different departments. If you are crazy about KTM Motorcycles and customer orientation is one of your key competencies then you are the right candidate!

- assist with technical queries and trouble shooting
- diagnostic support and XC_2 problem solving
- management of TI bulletins
- manage CRM system and messages
- record and log technical cases
- Dealer training

- technical support at races and marketing events
