Job Description
To Supervise packaging production, planning, packing efficiencies, packing material functions:
- ensuring lines reach targets daily and communicate any issues with assistant manager and packing manager
- Production and Packing control( recon of packing material waste on log sheets)
- SOP’s, hygiene and housekeeping Food safety lines utilization planned vs actual targets
- Supervise staff
- Sorting out queries within department such as short hours of staff
- facilitating shift invocoms and train stackers to become operators
- Staff discipline -ensuring any poor timekeeping and poor house keeping staff are held accountable
