We are currently booking for a junior virtual Assistant to assist in providing administrative support to the team while working remotely.
The ultimate goal of a successful visual assistant is to ensure to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under no supervision.
Duties
- Able to Schedule meetings
- Maintain contact list
- Perform market research regularly
- Reply to emails and attend to phone calls
- Create presentations, as assigned

- Provide customer service to client at first point of contact
- Attend to employees administrative queries
- Book accommodations and travel arrangements
Skills
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. Without experience can also apply, training mentorship will be provided
- Good use of MS Office packages.
- Time management abilities
- excellent organizational skills
- Grade 11 and 12. 1-3 years. Diploma in business administration or similar
