Emergency Contact Centre Agent at SOS Protec Sure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking Phone Calls
• Monitoring Guard Systems
• Monitoring Vehicle Tracking
• General Control Room Duties
• Dispatching necessary personnel to emergency situations
• Informing duty managers of incidents as and when required
• Able to record all incidents in an Occurrence Book (OB) as well as in an Electronic OB
• Receiving complaints and informing management accordingly
• Able to exercise and maintain discipline
• Able to follow instructions accurately

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• At Least Grade C PSIRA registered and accredited, with traceable references
• A minimum of two years’ experience in the security industry Control room
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure
• Must be reliable and trustworthy
• Must be able to work shifts and extended hours if necessary
• Strong organizational skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and liaison skills are essential
• Well-groomed appearance
• Of sober habits
• Computer Literacy in MS Office

Salary: R4,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• call center: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
