To develop digital content, in partnership with and under the guidance of the Social Media Manager. Create content that
educates, engages the audience, nurture leads, supports business goals and tells a brand story across multiple print and digital platforms.

Maintaining and managing the Brand forum calendar and producing content that aligns to and meets all internal stakeholders’ requirements. Assisting with creating SEO-friendly content for websites, blog posts, social media campaigns, infographics, and campaigns.

  • Relevant diploma or degree in marketing or interactive development

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • Prior consultancy/agency experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced, constantly evolving, customer orientated team environment
  • Immersion in and full understanding of social media
  • Displays an in-depth knowledge of relevant social media platforms and their uses

PREFERRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years experience working with social media platforms with recent interactive experience
  • Experience with conceptualizing integrated ideas and writing proposals
  • Experience in design, development and optimization
  • Experience working on financial brands

KEY RESULT AREAS

Develop, implement and maintain appropriate content editorial calendars for social media channels

  • To supply monthly content editorial calendar to the Social Media Manager and Brand Forum
  • Increase the brand & online presence

Act as a liaison with all department heads and supplier/agencies to coordinate and manage the flow of information as it relates to implementing the campaigns/projects

  • Identify and improve organizational development that would improve African Bank & social media presence (i.e. employee training, regular reviews,
  • Analyse campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing and social advertising campaigns

Manage timelines with graphics, content, legal, traffic and other areas, as well as, with the customer to maintain scheduled deadlines

  • Effect proper timelines in order to meet service delivery requirements
  • Provide effective feedback regarding online solutions
  • Manage workflow and suppliers/agencies
  • Provide an online service in accordance with country legislation
