Data Centrix is looking for a Personal Assistant on fixed-term contract available to start immediately.
Job Requirements
Must have proven experience to perform the following:
- Must be experienced in MS Excel and be tech savvy so they can quickly learn Smartsheet
- Must manage the WIP, pipeline and Opportunities excel sheet (Talking to sales and updating weekly)

- Must take minutes
- Must arrange all staff travel and accommodation bookings
- Must have some understanding of basic accounting
- Must help with tender file prepping (Attention to detail)
- Must support the Payroll team if needed on expense claims and overtimes etc.
- Must help HR on all paperwork needs such as to get training agreements signed, exit forms completed etc.
- Must be able to travel in own car and run a few business errands now and again
- Any and all other odd jobs
Must be available to start immediately.
