SVA Security Learnership Opportunity 2020 / 2021

The SVA Security learnership opportunity is offered to unemployed learners to attend a 12 month learnership program. The learnership will be split to theoretical (30%) and practical training (70%), hence qualified learners obtain better insight about what they should do within the industry.

Candidates should also provide contactable references, along with any information they feel may be applicable to their application. Include certified copies of all relevant certificates, ID Documents and proof of address no older than three months.

Candidates must include a detailed curriculum vitae and must be between the ages of 21 and 35.

Candidates who apply will be checked for the following:

• Criminal record
• Any references with previous employers
• Any falsification of documentation

Falsification of any kind will not be taken lightly. Only candidates who make the shortlist will be contacted.

These candidates may be asked to undergo medical or other tests as is required by the company.

Candidates are not assured a permanent position after completion of their learner ship, however, we may offer permanent positions if we have an opening.

Learnership Program

Once the learner ship is completed, successful learners will gain a national qualification (NQF level 3) in general security practices. In addition, learners will receive a monthly stipend of R 2000. The program affords qualified learners an opportunity to be part of a functional environment as security officers in the guarding division.

We are recruiting learners from the followings residential areas: Ekurhuleni Region: East Rand, Springs, Tembisa, Boksburg, Benoni, Germiston, Katlehong, Thokoza, Pretoria, Mamelodi and surrounding areas Johannesburg/Alexandra and surrounding areas.
