As industry leader in debt counselling and financial services industry, IDM believes passionately in the role of debt counselling for all over indebted South Africans. Our debt counselling services, led by award-winning DebtBusters, have grown tremendously in the last few years.
To lead our growing business, IDM Group is currently seeing a Frontline Receptionist who will be responsible for providing secretarial, reception and administrative support in order to ensure an effective and efficient front office for IDM Group. This individual will report directly into the Office Manager. Furthermore, we seek individual(s) who are driven by the opportunity to make a real difference and help change our client’s lives.

- At least 1-year reception and switchboard experience
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft packages including MS Teams
- Must have excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Knowledge of practices that concern customer service as well as possessing good customer service relations
- Must be friendly, presentable and professional at all times
- ITC & Criminal Clear
- Must be pro-active and able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
