Once appointed to the GDP, you’ll be a part of a rotational programme that will give you exposure to different parts of the organisation, within retail and/or business banking. After successfully completing the programme, you will be placed within one of the following departments in Capitec Bank:

Profile Requirement

The ideal candidate should have a nationality in South Africa

Qualification or study programme requirements

• The ideal candidate must have at least an aggregate of 60%
• Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
• Must have less than a doctoral degree or equivalent qualification and must complete their qualification on or before 28 February 2021
