Help others find a better way to bank and join our Graduate Development Programme. You will get a 360 view of our business and find out how we are quietly going about making banking simpler and better.
Once appointed to the GDP, you’ll be a part of a rotational programme that will give you exposure to different parts of the organisation, within retail and/or business banking. After successfully completing the programme, you will be placed within one of the following departments in Capitec Bank:

Qualification or study programme requirements
- The ideal candidate must have at least an aggregate of 60%
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- Must have less than a doctoral degree or equivalent qualification and must complete their qualification on or before 28 February 2021
- and must have a qualification in the discipline of Accounting and Auditing or Actuarial Science or Advertising and Media or Aeronautical Engineering or Art and Design or Business and Management Studies or Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Communications and Public Relations or Computer Science or Consumer Science or Economics or Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Finance or Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Industrial Engineering or Information Systems or Information Technology or Investments or Law or Manufacturing Engineering orMarketing or Mathematics or Mechanical Engineering or Mining Engineering or Operational Research or Project Management or Psychology or Quantitative Management or Statistics or Insurance
