Job Summary
Responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the mechanization department by maintaining tools, equipment, machinery, and work areas. Supports technicians and operators with loading, cleaning, repairs, and general manual tasks to ensure efficient branch operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for general tidiness
- Cleaning duties
- ADHOC duties as assigned from time to time
- Assist customers/suppliers with loading and offloading of stock as required according to policies and procedures
- General housekeeping of premises and building
- Customer services
- Workshop-related duties including but not limited to assisting the workshop mechanic with any tasks as required
- Assist workshop mechanics and technicians with day-to-day repair and maintenance tasks.
- Hand tools, parts, and materials to mechanics during repair and assembly operations.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF4
- Able to perform hard manual labour
- Load and offload of stock
- Responsible to keep premises and building clean and excellent condition
- Previous experience in a tractor workshop environment will be a definite advantage
- Constantly adding value to the function of the job
