TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally?recognised?non-profit?organisation. TB HIV Care provides health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB, including adolescent girls and young women, sex workers and people who use drugs. (This is a contract position renewable based on funding) Purpose of the position The enrolled nurse will facilitate linkage to care, adherence counselling and support, pharmacovigilance, contact screening, retention in care and accessing new treatment regimens.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support active TB case finding
- Linkage to care and adherence support
- Support identification TB/HIV coinfection
- Employ appropriate messaging to trigger demand-driven TB case finding and provision of treatment of Latent TB Infection (LTBI)
- Support pharmacovigilance activities Assist with accurate completion of clinical documents and verify completion of registers
- Adhere to infection prevention control standards

Minimum Requirements
- Matric / grade 12
- Certificate in enrolled nursing qualification
- Registration with the SANC as an Enrolled Nurse
- At least 2 years’ experience in a HAST programme
- Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and isiZulu languages
- Valid code 08 driver's license and willingness to travel
- Clear criminal record
