Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prompt answering of the telephone within 3 rings

  • Take down all messages and deliver them promptly via e-mail or telephonically
  • Give correct and accurate office directions Attend to visitors in a prompt, professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure general tidiness of the reception area and front line areas, including interview rooms and boardrooms- site specific
  • Screen visitors Order stationery as required for the reception area, branded items included
  • Develop good relationships with client staff and customers
  • Weekly/monthly visitors report

Qualifications

Matric 2-3 years experience in customer service experience
