DUTIES:
- Record and report all incidents during the shift
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of manpower operatives in the field
- Ensure critical site compliments are met
- Assist with dispatching of armed response vehicles, SAPS and emergency services
- Compile incident and all other relevant reports as required
- Receive and distribute time sheets
- Maintain all electronic / IT systems within the control room
- Monitor and advise management on trends relating ot incidents, vehicle movement and staff absenteeism
- Supervise vehicle tracking and guard patrol system
- Track and monitor routes of vehicles on internal tracking programme
- Ensure that refuel procedures are followed correctly
- Monitor incident logging and provide feedback to management
- Issue and receive firearms
- Issue of firearm and ammunition permits as and when required
- Manage emergency situations
- Provide operational support

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 - 3 Years Control Room experience
- Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
- Clear Police / Criminal Record
- Report writing skills
- Leadership skills
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and honest
- Must be able to provide contact numbers of references
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Must be able to focus for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong cognitive ability
- Physically fit
- Excellent people skills
- Customer care skills
- Assertive and self disciplined

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Matric
- PSIRA Grade A
- MUST have a valid Handgun and Shotgun for Business Purposes Competency
- (All certificates and ID must be attached to the CV)
