LUKSBRANDS is the home of trendy and well-known brands like Skullcandy, NEFF, OGIO, PAX, Comply and Lokai. We are looking for an organised and friendly people’s person to engage with our community and help out around the office.

Customer service representative responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing warranties, repairs, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback to clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Working closely with our business partners.

 

Customer service representative requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Ability to stay calm and work under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, email, communication platforms, Pastel Sage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizations skills
  • Experience working with customer support

 

NB

  • Five monthonth contract period only
  • Twwo week shut down in Dec/Jan that will not form part of the salary offer, ie Salary will be paid pro-rata for this period
  • Start date is ASAP
