General Worker: Lichtenburg - Henwil Chickens

Henwil Chickens is frequently looking for candidates to fill vacancies (permanently or temporarily) for General Worker. This position is not restricted to a specific department or division.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing tasks as given by the Manager.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• To assist in other areas as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate will serve as a recommendation.
• Must have reliable transport.
• Must be hardworking, honest and self-motivated.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Being located in the Lichtenburg area will be too advantageous.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays and various shifts.
• Willing to work in dusty, noisy, cold and wet areas.
• Willing to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
