The Salary Administrator manages the associates and allocated the division's payroll concerns and queries to ensure accurate payment of salaries. This person would also be responsible and accountable for the accurate processing of weekly and monthly payroll for an allocated portfolio (division) and accurate final salary payment to associates.

- Onboarding New Associates
- Payroll Masterfile changes
- Terminations
- Temporary Allowances & Deductions
- Maternity Leave calculations
- Process and Balance Monthly and Weekly Payrolls
- Month-end Reporting and Reconciliations
- 3rd Party Payments and Reconciliations
- Telephonic queries with associates and management
- Problem-solving
- Reporting
- DOL audits & queries

requirements
- Grade 12 plus a minimum of 2-5 years payroll experience
- SAGE 300 would be an advantage
- Microsoft Office & Excel proficient
- Microsoft Word
- Payroll reconciliations, monthly reporting and month-end payments
- Good organizational and planning abilities with strong administration skills
- Ability to follow processes
- Adherence to stringent deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deal with senior management
- Ability to adapt quickly to change of processes
