JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide a proficient reception function in support of the Branch team. To identify the customer's needs, record, monitor and facilitate the intermediate between the customer and the sales consultant team and maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Secondary/High school/ A levels/Matric
Experience
- Personal and Business Banking
- Sales and Service
- 1-2 years of Branch banking experience, exposure to enquiries and query management.
