PURPOSE
To help maintain an efficient operation of a coal processing plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet specified operational requirements
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Ensure that tools are kept in a safe working condition
- Report and rectify process deficiencies in the production area
- Liaise with the Shift Foreman and Site Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 or N3

EXPERIENCE
- At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a mining environment
- Experience as an FEL Operator will be an added advantage
SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Physically fit to do the work.
- Emotional intelligence
- Listening skills
- Visibility on site
