We are looking for an energetic and attentive individual to join our team. A person who is customer-focused, hospitality minded and prides themselves on consistently delivering work of a high standard and excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

Permanent Position at an hourly rate

Minimum Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a managerial role
• Ability to guide, motivate and lead a team
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Knowledge of best practices for safety and hygiene
• Maintaining a correct standard of room maintenance and the quality end product

• Strong multitasking and organizational ability
• Manage staff scheduling and allocation of duties
• Manage usage and wastage of room amenities
• Responsible for stock management and ordering
• Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of equipment
• Engage and train team on LVX and 5* standards
• Must have a positive attitude and good people skills
• Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Must have experience in a 4* or similar establishment
• Ability to engage and build excellent guest rapport
