purpose

To report on matters affecting guarding or protection services; Assist with the screening of security guard candidates

responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
• Establishment of efficient work procedures and schedules that allow for optimisation and tracking of own work and deliverables.
• Monitor and manage potential physical and financial risk through communicating concerns and addressing accordingly
• Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, communication, reporting and updating of all related information
• React and investigate all warnings and/or signals
• Manage own development to increase own competencies

additional requirements

• Matric

• Required to work shifts (24/7 - including Sundays and Public Holidays)
• Knowledge of access control systems, fire protection systems and the operation of all other security systems used by the bank
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• Registered with PSIRA (Grade C certificate)
• Valid Code 8 or 10 license, plus PrDP – Professional Driving Permit

experience and qualifications

• Grade 12.
• 2 Years supervisory experience.
