Customer Service Agent - Bluespec Holdings

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lightstone responses -ensuring clients are contacted and feedback promptly sent to Lightstone upon receipt.
• Ensure communication is efficient and clear communication to Lightstone.
• Acknowledge of complaints via email to be done timeously and accurately.
• Ensuring that all follow-up calls are completed timeously and in a clear manner to clients.
• Logging of issues o the company's shared drive.
• Follow up on tickets with efficient communication and updates.
• Ensure open, clear and continuous communication with allocated branches.
• Live chats with insurers/brokers to be done in a professional manner.
• Follow up on resolved tickets for vehicles on-site.
• Acknowledge of Hello Peter complaints/ compliments.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Customer Service
• Motor industry experience will be advantageous
• Customer service system knowledge will be advantageous
