We are looking for a talented Application Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Distribution Business Segment in Johannesburg, South Africa.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
-
Application of and applying Cummins products and knowledge
-
Develop and compile technical-commercial responses to RFQs
-
Drives utilization of Cummins tools and processes (i.e.PZ, Quick serve, SFC, segment focus etc)
-
Develops specifications for turnkey project solutions
-
Conducts value engineering analysis
-
Develops QA/QC and commissioning data packs with project teams
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
-
Qualification: Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering Degree. - BSc or BTech Engineering qualification (Ideal) or National Diploma (min)
