This is an exciting opportunity to work in an inbound-only environment! Non-Experienced Can as well Apply as training is provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound calls and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
- Building a great rapport with customers and finding solutions for any issues that arise
- Nurturing long term customer relationships as well as handling new accounts
- Upselling company products and services
- Handling any customer complaints effectively and escalate them where appropriate
