RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• issuing warehouse stock;
• Stock provisioning;
• Stock control;
• Provide assistance with stocktaking;
• Warehouse keeping;
• Supervision;
• Client liaison;
• Store safety and security.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12;
• Valid drivers licence;
• Safety training;
• Three years experience in:
  • Product knowledge;
  • Product Specifications and standard experience;
  • Knowledge of store administration, recordkeeping, and stock control;
  • Computer literacy in warehouse systems;
  • Warehouse safety and security.

 

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES):

• Product knowledge;
• Safety experience in warehouses;
• Knowledge on Computer warehouse systems;
• Knowledge on store administration, record keeping and stock control;
