Role Description

  • Outbound telephonic communications to enrol students
  • Academy by providing customer service to students and prospective students.
  • Keeping up with the business rules and generate leads.
  • Achieving set targets and ensuring that students are enrolled

  • Employ /call centre/ sales skills and academic and product knowledge to ensure successful enrolments.
  • Employ sales skills, academic and product knowledge to ensure students are informed (processes and procedures, product and product benefits), motivated and assisted.
  • Through call interaction, promote and reinforce academic submissions and the value of a good education
  • Educate students on products and services and why it is important to continue with their education.
  • Uphold the brand of IQ Academy by not misrepresenting information to students
  • Updating student’s information on IT systems
  • Guiding marketing by aligning the outcome of the call to the correct call result
  • Have good writing and communication skills
  • Answer all product related questions clearly, and professionally
  • Working leads efficiently
  • Ability to learn retain and absorb large amount of information
  • Understanding and applying business rules where applicable

Other relevant duties as assigned by management
