Opportunity available with a start-up services business based business on the West Rand for a customer service agent. This position will be reporting to the service centre supervisor.
As the successful individual, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:
- Matric or school leaver with work experience
- One year services experience preferably in an insurance services or salvage handling

- Must be committed to the adherence of instructions, processes and procedures.
- Be very fluent in English (Afrikaans would be beneficial)
- Able to work under pressure and be customer service orientated.
- Positive attitude a must
- Precision orientated a must
- Well organized
- Self-managed; Self-motivated; Self-driven
- Fast learner, adaptation to change in tasks and schedules
- Keep on going until all is done attitude a must
- A Practical DIY type of attitude
- A person that does not need assistance in delivering quality results
- Liaising in a professional manner with clients in respect of jobs

- Must be computer literate Microsoft essential (excel, word, outlook and browsers)
