Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience for a Business Developer role, which is based in Rustenburg.

Key Outcomes:
- Execution of Wholesale Channel Strategy: Lead the implementation of the Wholesale Channel strategy aligned with the Annual Business Plan to achieve volume and revenue targets across assigned accounts.
- Customer Plan Development & Execution: Collaborate with Wholesale customers to develop and execute joint business plans that drive mutual growth and long-term partnerships.
- Adherence to Trading Terms & Contracts: Monitor and enforce compliance with trading terms and contractual agreements to ensure commercial viability and protect business interests.
- Forecasting & Demand Planning Support: Provide accurate customer performance reviews and insights to inform sales forecasting and demand planning processes.
- Look of Success (LOS) Compliance: Drive implementation and adherence to the Look of Success standards in trade, ensuring merchandising alignment and visibility.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage effective relationships with key customer stakeholders to foster loyalty, resolve issues, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Credit & Collections Oversight: Partner with the Credit and Accounts team to manage customer credit allocations and ensure adherence to payment terms.
- Product Quality & Supply Chain Efficiency: Ensure optimal stock management and storage practices with Wholesale customers and support efficient truck Turn-Around-Time (TAT) with Distribution.

Skills, Experience & Education
Education
- A formal qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial discipline.

Experience
- 4–6 years’ experience in a Commercial environment, preferably within the FMCG or Wholesale sector.
- Demonstrated track record of success in Sales, with strong knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs.
