Are you a meticulous individual with an interest in enterprise applications with a strong background in application stability, user satisfaction, and alignment with business and governance requirements?
We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide functional support, manage documentation, and coordinate enterprise applications across enterprise applications between various business functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for assigned applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR, LMS, SHEQ other core Applications).
- Log, track, and resolve incidents, user queries, and change requests.
- Facilitate business analysis and compile or review detailed Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and Functional Specifications (FS).
- Log, track, and resolve incidents, user queries, and change requests.
- Support configuration changes, user access control, and report queries.
- Perform minor configuration updates and manage user access and permissions.
- Drive system testing, including UAT planning, coordination, and defect resolution.
- Ensure all changes are properly documented and aligned with IT governance standards.
- Maintain and provide training documentation such as training materials and registers.
- Provide end user training to relevant applications.
- Participate in project management activities.
- Support vendor performance monitoring and ensure delivery quality.
- Coach and support junior Application Specialists where applicable.
- Support compliance with data regulations, audit requirements, and access control policies.
- Contribute to application-related project and enhancement initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to coordinate issue resolution and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of changes, support activities, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, change control, audit, and data privacy standards.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: A relevant National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in information systems, Engineering or related discipline
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar role
