Key responsibilities:
- Client support: Assist the account management team in day-to-day client communications, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates.
- Project coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects align with client expectations and are delivered on schedule
- Administrative tasks: Manage documentation, prepare reports, and maintain organised records of client interactions and project details.
- Meeting participation: Attend client and internal meetings, taking detailed notes and disseminating action items to relevant parties
- Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy and quality before they are shared with clients
- Billing support: Assist in preparing cost estimates and sharing them with clients

Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Previous experience or internships in a marketing or agency environment are advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
