We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various laboratory analyses, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and supporting both internal and external audits.
This role requires a strong understanding of chemistry, microbiology, and quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Chemistry Lab Sample Analysis:
- Prepare samples for Total Solids, Acidity, and pH analysis.

GMP Inspections:
- Conduct daily GMP inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Micro Testing Sample Preparation:
- Collect and prepare product samples for microbiological testing.
Procurement and Invoicing:
- Request quotes, manage workflows, and receipt invoices for weekly microbiological testing and consumables.
Micro Analysis Result Trending:
- Trend weekly microanalysis results received from testing labs.
Certificate of Analysis (COA) Management:
- Receive and file COAs for weekly raw materials received.
Online Quality Checks:
- Perform online quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Audit and Recall Assistance:
- Assist during internal and external audits and mock recalls.
Sample Collection and Dispatch:
- Collect weekly samples of finished products for micro-testing and prepare them for dispatch to the service provider.
- Collect microbial swabs monthly from agreed areas as per schedule requirements and prepare them for dispatch.
GMP Audits:
- Conduct GMP audits as per schedule and compile comprehensive reports.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Candidates must provide a recent letter from the institution indicating the need for P1 and P2 exposure.
- Candidate must have a minimum 70% overall average on academic transcript
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and quality control procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
