Who should apply?
Depending on the opening, aspiring applicants will need to satisfy the following minimum eligibility criteria to qualify for consideration:
Audit & Assurance – SAICA Traineeship
- Pursuing a SAICA-recognized undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- For Port Elizabeth applicants:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Solid communication skills
- High ethical standards
- Good time management skills
- Good written and spoken English and Afrikaans
- Effective time management skills
- Has good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Advisory – SAICA trainee
- Pursuing a SAICA-recognized undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Trainee Accountant – SAIPA
- Currently pursuing a Commerce degree (or any related study) with core subjects listed below:
- Financial Accounting 3
- Commercial Law 2 or Corporate Law 1
- Taxation 1
- Internal Auditing 2, Auditing 1, Code of Ethics and Internal Control
- Management Accounting
CIMA Trainee
- Must be pursuing a CIMA qualification
SAIT Trainee
- Currently pursuing a post graduate degree accredited by SAIT
Internal Audit Trainee
- Pursuing a BCom Honours degree in Internal Auditing
- Able to maintain a 50% average in all exams
- Able to converse, write and read in English and Afrikaans
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills
- Must drive own transportation and possess a valid driver’s license
