Our Customer Commerce team is looking for a new IT Portfolio Manager. You’d oversee our eCommerce & digital space, making sure that all applications, solutions, systems and support teams are thriving!
Responsibilities
Driving Strategy:
- Translate eCommerce strategies into solutions for key business requirements, drive capability and produce delivery roadmaps.
- Executing eCommerce strategies within associated domain architecture
- Executing, implementing and experiencing eCommerce systems
Service Delivery & Project Execution:
- Actively engage with internal Mr Price clients to interpret business eCommerce requirements, consult and provide expertise & advice.
- Plan, implement & evaluate eCommerce project execution within eCommerce and omnichannel of the business to align with the standard service management matrix (incl. SLAs).

Risk Management:
- Highlight project risks to the business
- Always ensure compliance with legislation and company policy during projects
Team Management:
- Ensure that the workload within the team is distributed fairly and in line with the team's priorities to deliver on departmental KPI's / targets.
- Keep abreast of the talent pool to contribute to the recruitment of top talent.
- Drive succession, training and development within the team to ensure resource capability and business continuity.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant IT field or business field (Technology, business or marketing)
- 5+ years in a management role with at least 3 years of these being in eCommerce
- PASSIONATE about all things eCommerce related
- Building/ developing products to deliver business value
- Deep Retail business understanding
