Qualifications
This position requires an intellectual and sober-minded individual who is constantly looking at personal growth, it is mandatory to have the applicable qualifications and experience as follows:
- Applicable tertiary education
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role
- Automotive Industry Experience will be an advantage

- Recognized Quality Auditing Accreditation with good experience in doing Internal and Supplier Audits
- Capable of being the voice to the customer with a good track record
- Strong Technical capabilities
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control
- Root Cause Analysis, problem-solving abilities and associated reports are essential
Have knowledge of:
- VDA 6.3
- ISO 9001: 2008/2015
- ISO/TS 16949
- ISO 14001: 2015
- Be able to apply consistent discipline according to standards
- Be able to set up, monitor and manage KPIs within the department
