Gray Swan Financial Services (Pty) Ltd is looking to employ a Cape Town (more specifically Somerset West) or Johannesburg-based Administrative Assistant / Paraplanner for a financial advisor. We are seeking for an independent, experienced and dynamic self-starter to join our fast-growing investment advisory and wealth management team. GraySwan currently advises to more than R15 billion in institutional assets and have over the past 5 years expanded our offering into private client wealth advisory and management services. We are in the process of aggressively growing our private client asset base and wish to strengthen our team with people who can assist with the administrative burden that comes with such growth.
Candidates will need to show evidence of the following:

Discretion and an understanding the need for client confidentiality
Minimum requirements

3 years working experience in administration regarding investment advice and risk cover for individuals, trusts and companies

Experience working on Allan Gray, NinetyOne and/or Glacier LISPS for investment purposes

Computer literate with specific reference to Word, Excel, Outlook/Email and Powerpoint

No adverse listings (criminal, credit, etc.)

Driver’s license with own reliable transport
Remuneration
A basic salary and bonus is offered. More details about the package and benefits will be discussed at the interview.
Working hours
This is a full-time (8 hours per day) position. It does entail working remotely with a minimum of 2 days per week at the office. There may be times when you will be expected to operate from the office more than 2 days per week, but that will be clearly communicated.
