Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Key Responsibilities
- Implement campaign-specific media strategies and plans in line with Eskom’s media strategy
- Monitor media coverage including online social network sites and advise on appropriate corrective measures
- Provide responses to media enquiries in line with approved Eskom positioning
- Information management
- Contract management for Media Desk in terms of the PFMA
- Manage media training for Eskom executives and regional executives
- Update content and maintain an interactive, easy to navigate Eskom’s online Media Room
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification(s):
- National Diploma in Social Science/Communication/Public Relations at NQF 6 with 240 credits
- Minimum Related Experience
- 3 years’ experience in a Communications/Media Relations environment
