We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Data Controller. In this position you will play a crucial role to support our vision of becoming a Great place to work for all.
Role Outline
To provide in-depth insight into the operational efficiencies through analysis of stock control, accuracy and availability for E-Kanban process. To investigate queries resulting from analysis and reporting on findings to your supervisor.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyse stock control, accuracy and availability for E-Kanban process to ensure E-Kanban Health Checks.
- Responsible for adhoc reports as required by auditors and / or business partners.
- Ensure timeous distribution of monthly, weekly and daily stock analysis, reports to internal and external customers.
- To investigate queries, find solutions and reporting it to supervisor.
- Investigating any e-Kanban query that result in non-standard condition and report to supervisor.
- Record and update daily/monthly KPI's.
- Ensure that all non-conformances and queries are address daily.
- Ensure accurate and effective record keeping on all required records/reports under your responsibility.
- To fulfil any adhoc or standardised data control processes or reporting requirements where deemed necessary.

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (English & Maths)
- Suitable post matric/tertiary qualification
- 2-3 years’ experience in the same or similar role in Supply Chain environment.
- Proficient software skills (MS Word, MS Excel etc) with ability to learn new methods and systems
- Ability to compile data in the appropriate format - must be able to graphically illustrate trends and statistics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and understanding of basic mathematical principles.
