Job Summary
Exxaro Resources is seeking a skilled Solution Analyst, Marketing & Logistics to join our team at The ConneXXion, Centurion, Gauteng. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of business process improvement. Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, verify, and document business requirements using appropriate methodologies and tools.
- Provide first-line solution support for business processes and solutions within the domain.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems and processes.
- Build strong relationships with Exxaro IM stakeholders by sharing business information and knowledge.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to resolve process and application gaps and ensure best practice solutions are implemented.
- Document business requirements and support project teams with systems knowledge to ensure requirements are met.
- Develop business partnerships, identify IM opportunities for enhanced business value, and establish strong relationships with internal IM teams.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with SHE policies and procedures, promoting a safety-focused culture.
- Participate in the standardization of service delivery to business and contribute input to service levels for application support.
- Conduct unit, system, and integrated testing tasks, and work with the training team to develop application-specific training materials.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a related field (Essential/Minimum)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Process and Business Analysis, particularly in Information Management (Essential/Minimum)
- Registered with a Professional Body (Essential/Minimum)
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
- Proven ability to manage multiple operational priorities and system downtime impacts
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and its effect on solution design and service delivery
- Strong collaboration skills with Solution Architects to resolve process and application gaps
- Experience in developing business partnerships and identifying IM opportunities for enhanced business value
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment aligning with SHE policies
